Our pre-natal yoga course is for Mums-to-be in their second trimester and beyond.
At Sweat, we keep things simple. Our 75 minute classes focus on exercise, breathing, relaxation and meditation to aid the physical, mental and emotional changes in your body. There’s no spiritual stuff, it’s just a great way to keep your body in shape, prepping you for childbirth and beyond.
With a maximum of 12 participants, you can be assured of one-on-one attention. If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t panic, exercises are simple to follow and we’re here to help!
