From the 13th-17th June, we're inviting you to take a daytime class on us! Get out of the office and on your mat! Start the day off right with a 7am session or pop down during your lunchtime for a 45 minute fix. Don't have to do the grind of the 9-5? Even better! Come whenever you please. We have early morning, mid morning, lunchtime and mid afternoon classes for the taking. Everything's on offer from our exceptionally popular hot yoga (a complete cardio, strength and flexibility workout), to our flow classes (great for those with a bit of yoga know-how) and, for those that like the slower pace of life, gentle classes for a bit of 'me' time. Whether you're a yoga virgin or yoga expert, a fitness fanatic or gym-phobe, we have something for you. Classes are first-come, first-served on the day.
